I want to stop attachemt received at RT, means RT is configured in a way that
it should not receive any attachment throug mails.<br>
is there any way to configure RT in such a way.<br>

i try to use DropAttachments like methods but attachemts are still there<br>
<br>
i want to deny/stop/drop attachments via RT if possible please give me
guideline so i can implement this.<br>
