Hello guys,<br><br>I'm creating a custom action and I need to use another pre-configured action, Notify CCs. I didn't find a way to do this.<br><br>Really, I need that 'on create' 'modify the ticket subject' and 'send a mail to CCs whatchers with the new subject'. <br>
