the RT Wiki but could not find the answer… it appears that the Simple Search
tool in RT only reports on unresolved tickets. Is that true? If so, can
someone tell me how to adjust RT so that it reports on ALL tickets containing
the keyword in the ticket subject regardless of status?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
