Hi, If the ID <font style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);" size="4"><u><b>IS</b></u></font>
the same (and the queues are the same?notsure?), then you may set up a
scrip to auto send an email to the 2nd systems according comment email
address on comment, the system would put it in the way you want this.<br>
