But I'd like to have RT accept the reply from a user and have it append it to the appropriate record. As long as a reply is from one of us it does that but when we cc one of our users not in our department RT complains that it couldn't create the user and when a user replies to a RT email RT rejects the message and forwards it to the owner instead of adding it to the ticket.<br><br>Kevin W.
