<br><br>Subject line on emails to everyone contains the FQDN + ticket number + ticket subject. I'd like to change that to RT-PS + ticket number + ticket subject. I've looked in my "spare time" but I haven't been able to find a setting or config file. It looks like it may need to be scripted to strip off what I do not want on send, is that correct? Sorry if this is covered in some very obvious manual. <br clear="all">
