<FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Is there any easy way to add more information from the User table based on the Requestor?  I would like to add the Requestor’s “Organization” and “Real Name”.  I figure I could probably check for these when the ticket is created and update them to a custom field on the ticket but before I went down that road I was wondering if anyone else has found a way to tackle this.<BR>
