Hi list,<br> I need that a supervisor can validate every correspondence between ticket owner and requestor. Can I "block" an outgoing email if a CF <span><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" title="no tiene un valor asignado">has no value assigned</span></span>? Is there a better way to do that validation? Can I modificate "Approvals" behavior to do that?<br>
