</div>You have to change your scrip "On reply, Notify ..." to "On reply to<br>
unresolved ticket, notify ...".<br>

I think, a scripcondition "On resolved to unresolved ticket" exists on<br>
the wiki, else, it's not very difficult to write it ;)<br>
