To list,<br><br>I have need of avoiding a duplication of emails when sending out a notification when a ticket is created. I want to eliminate any "AdminCc" or "Cc" that is also the creator of the ticket. My problem seems to be accessing the Queue watchers info when the ticket hasn't been created yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br>
