Hi-<div><br></div><div>Is there a way to override the FriendlyFromLineFormat on a per queue basis?  In general, the  "%s via FT" is fine, but for one queue, I'd like to be able to have the format be more generic, a la "Support via FT" or something.  I can see how to override it via RT_SiteConfig for the entire installation, but I want this to just apply to one queue.</div>
