Everything was working right until I decide to configure the LDAP authentication... I followed the instructions from best practical and then install the CPAN module....I am not sure if I installed in the wrong path.
What can I do to reverse the installation or better still repair the issue?
I would begin with this guy here:

[Wed May 26 15:01:46 2010] [error] Can't locate
RT/Authen/ExternalAuth.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/opt/rt3/bin/../local/lib /opt/rt3/bin/../lib /etc/perl /u$

Sounds like the RT path is not right. Was it working before? Did you
install the ubuntu RT package or got it from bestpractical?
