<div>This is more of a process question to those that are using ExternalAuth with their LDAP, and needing to assign Group permissions within RT.</div>

<div>How do you go about doing this?  As of right now, the only way I can see, is making the end-user login once so they exist in RT for me to be able to assign permissions to that user.  </div>
