Hi,<br><br>I am using RTIR with RT. under <b>New Ticket in</b> i have option Blocks, General, Incidents, Incident repots etc... all are added when i integrate RTIR with RT.<br>Is there any way so that under RT at glance and under Quick Search i can see number of Incidents open.<font size="2"> I have Selected queues to be displayed on the "RT at a glance" page but i can only see the general ticket info and not the Incidents.<br>
