Hi , <br><br>I am evaluating RT as a prospective case management system to be used by a small set of users . <br><br>The cases would be logged manually and the Integration of Email is not required . <br><br>Is there a way I could Hide the fields : CC: AdminCC : on the ticket creation page to avoid any confusions to the support agents . <br>
