I know this is a simple question but, I can't seem to find the right place to allow modification of quicksearch on rt at a glance for users.  What permission do I need to open up?  Right now they have an Edit link, but when users try to modify it, they get "<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px; ">No permission to set preferences" error.</span>
