So I'm having a bit of trouble here...<br>

I'm trying to create a scrip to run, which is whenever a
ticket is created for a specific queue, there is already
text in the content window (like there is when you have a
signature).<br>

My scrip is:<br>

Condition: On Create<br>
Action: Create Tickets<br>
Template: Global Template: My template (text only)<br>
Stage: Transaction Create<br>
<br>
No custom conditions defined,<br>
<br>
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?<br>
