You really have more problems not related to RT!<br>I'd be surprised if your Apache instance runs when you exclude RT configuration from it. Does it??<br>First thing is you must have a running instance of Apache. Thereafter you ensure that it meets RTs requirements in terms of either mod_perl.<br>
