I have a need to rename a bunch of queues (for several reasons) and have been asked to be update ALL saved searches and find/replace queue names. </font><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Tahoma" size="2">I haven't been able to find any good code examples on how this could be done. I have some code that will loop over each user, then loop over each saved search... but I'm stuck on how to replace queue names and save changes.</font><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Tahoma" size="2"><br></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Tahoma" size="2">Any ideas?</font></div></div> </body>
