Some investigating. If we create a comment via the RT web interface and<br>
attach an image, it comes up in the history as an image and we can see it.<br>

However, if someone sends an image via email as a reply to a comment, the<br>
image doesn't show up; instead there's the comment:<br>
<br>
"Message body is not shown because sender requested not to inline it."<br>
<br>
and the attachment shows up as a link.<br>
<br>
Is there some way to get RT to display non-inlined images?<br>
