    Hi all,<br>

    I'm unable to find much documentation regarding "Articles" in RT4. I

    know RTFM was integrated into RT itself. It seems some of the

    functionality has changed. There is some information here about RTFM

    <a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/RTFM"><http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/RTFM></a> and some of it

    applies to RT4.<br>

    The website says: "<em>Incredibly flexible</em>: use articles for <em>any

      kind of content</em> and track only what you need".<br>

    <br>

    So... where can I find information / documentation on RT4's Articles

    - the syntax, functionality, etc?<br>
