going into "The Basics" page and change status to deleted.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">well this is still a long process if
you have a lot to change.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">what i would do is create a custom search
called "10 newest unowed tickets with delete" to add the "Delete"
button you're missing, and put it on your "RT at a glance view"
instead of the standard "10 newest unowed tickets"</font>

Possible but unlikely as it was a fresh install on a new server.<br>

I have found that if I take the unowned tickets and go to 'My Day' I can
set<br>
the status to 'Deleted'. A bit of a long winded way though.<br>
