<p class="MsoNormal">I know that RT has the ability to receive email and append those messages to tickets. But, from the documentation, it looks like mail has to be going straight into sendmail, which then a command line tool accesses to read in messages. Our
email is hosted elsewhere and I'd really like to just use POP or IMAP. Is there a way to have this tool check external mail systems via POP or IMAP?<o:p></o:p></p>
