Hi,<br><br>We have a big number of tickets in our RT3 <span>(3.8.2</span>). Sometimes, when users run search query without filters the system freezes because it receives more them million records from the database. Is there a way to set global limit for search recordset like 1000 or so to avoid such situation?<br>
