<div>Ruslan, Thanks. While I was sending you the script, I found out that I had an extra # before the perl path. removing that fixed the apache error. I am able to start the apache server. However, RT still does not work. When I try to access the RT application via the browser, it gives me a warning.. It is trying to open a file and it seems like that it cannot find the correct mime type of open the file,</div>
