I did not install it myself.</div><div><br></div><div>RT is not allowing automatic creation of new (unprivileged) users; they are returned an email with "RT could not load a valid user".</div><div><br></div><div>I've had a search around; am I right in thinking the command:</div><div><br></div><div> Set($AutoCreate, {UnPrivileged => 1}); </div><div><br></div><div>will solve my problem?</div><div><br></div><div>I have reasonable Unix knowledge; if this is siimply a case of logging into the server (via putty for example) and running the command, I will do it myself.
