<font color='black' size='2' face='Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif'><font color="black" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Where do I go to change the ticket status to show Resolved instead of stalled. I added resolved in RT_SiteConfig.pm, but it did not change after doing so.<br>
