Thanks for the links.<br>The email were accepted and new tickets are created. The content is then not viewable into the history of the tickets in RT.<br>The message from RT is "Message body not shown because it is not plain text." and the data can be viewed in an external text editor by clicking on "Download (untitled) application/octet-stream 766b"<div>
