<br></div><div style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">is there a way to customize RT interface. Basically I want to add options to the "Type" field on customField (currently appearing "Enter one value", "Select one value",etc.) and on top have only "Request Tracker" instead of "RT for company name"</div>
