Actually, there are 2 seperate installations of RT 3.8.2 and 4.0.8 on centosos and ubuntu respectively. We need to import open tickets from 3.8.2 and export them into 4.0.8. Are there any scripts in the upgrade that can be pulled to do this?<br>
