<DIV>I have just upgraded from RT version 3.6.6 to version 4.0.10.</DIV>

<DIV>One function the users utilize frequently is to Search for Tickets with specific criteria and then Export them to a Spreadsheet.</DIV>
<DIV>In the old version they would get the ticket including all the custom fields.</DIV>
<DIV>After the upgrade to 4.0.10, we now get only the fields that are showing on the Search Results windows.</DIV>
