    Hi!<br>

    Running RT 4.0.1 on CentOS 6.3.<br>

    Got a few questions:<br>

    <ul>

      <li>How can I remove class from articles ? I know I have to use

        shredder - objects plugin but I am not sure which field to use

        for that.</li>

      <li>How can I create topics for articles ?</li>

      <li>How can I add content to articles ? The section for adding

        content contains only header. I was under impression there

        supposed to be WYSIWYG text editor</li>

      <li>Where can I find more information on articles in RT ?<br>
