<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Naresh,<br><br></div>I believe there is a scrip in the RT wiki that uploads time to any and all parents of a child ticket. Perhaps, you could use that scrip as an example of how to update the tickets above the child and modify it to do the same for comments.<br>
