internally accessible only but Internet email correspondence with clients will
be permitted. To control confidentiality, it's been requested that the requestor
email be disabled by default for all ticket replies (i.e.: remove the checkbox
from the Requestor by default). Is there a way to do this?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
