<br></span></div><div><span>i have tried  configuring<br><br>Set($ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs , 1);<br>Set($RTAddressRegexp , '^rt\@<domainname>$');<br><br></span></div><div><span>But no luck. is there something which I am missing. ?<br>
