<div dir="ltr">Running 4.0.16. Just poking around to see what changes there are. When I go to reply to a ticket, I am trying to search for articles and nothing pops up.<div><br></div><div>I recall in my last version - 4.0.6 -- there was a drop down containing all my articles. Now I can't seem to apply an article in my reply. Am I missing something?<br clear="all">
