<div dir="ltr">Hi All -<div><br></div><div>If you look at the attached screenshot, I have tickets in all of my queues. But on the right side, under Quick Search, it shows that all of my tickets reside in the Other queue. Not sure what is wrong or how to fix that. Any suggestions?</div>
