<div dir="ltr">Yes, it was an upgrade from 4.0.16. Under 4.0.16 all was fine and queue numbers represented reality.<div><br></div><div>I was using a custom lifecycle under the actions. When things went to resolved, I changed it from Comment to Respond.</div>
