Is /etc/aliases the right file? Check <a href="http://main.cf/" target="_blank">main.cf</a> for postfix and check and see what is defined for the alias_maps file. Also - If alias_maps is defined as a hash in your postfix <a href="http://main.cf/" target="_blank">main.cf</a> file you must rebuild it. Example:</div>
