However you do that is up to you but that's generally how it's done. If you want to use an external POP3 account you can use fetchmail or getmail to download the mail and pipe each message to rt-mailgate but all mail to the From address needs to pipe to rt-mailgate somehow so that all replies are fed to RT.</div><br class=""><div apple-content-edited="true" class="">
