I would also strongly recommend that if you do changes, a) first do them on a test box to validate that it works as expected, b) don’t modify the files directly, but rather copy them to your overrides directory (in my case $PREFIX/local/html) to ensure that upgrades in the future are smoother.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">If you or your staff aren’t comfortable in Perl, you can always reach out to Best Practical to make the changes for your site, which would likely have a higher chance of making it into the next release, ensuring that this feature stays in RT in versions to come.<br class=""><div class="">
