<p> changing between HTTP and HTTPS is configured in your web server. The only thing you can configure in RT is the URL and port RT uses for links in the GUI and that it puts in emails as links, which obviously need to match how you have your web server configured in order for the links to work. Ie see <span>WebBaseURL and</span> WebPort here:</p>
