<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello list,<br></div>I have 4.4.1 running. Someone said on this list that it included the option to use the self service interface, even for privileged users? I don't see that option in my user preferences. How do I enable it, and can I have a toggle for users to switch between the two without leaving the ticket they're viewing?
