Is the command you are sending on the very first line of the message? Did you really send an email with both of those commands with the word Or between them or was that two examples? Is there anything in the log (ie. /opt/rt4/var/log/rt.log) when the email
correspondence is being dealt with? If you restarted apache did you clear the mason cache as well?
