[Rtir] RTIR_Config.pm error starting apache

Yes it's set in RT_SiteConfig.pm but there is a default value in RT_Config.pm, it seems that is a bug.

Are you sure you have set $rtname in RT_SiteConfig.pm? You should have 
something like

Set($rtname , "yourdomain.com");

in that file.
I haven't seen this error before; I'm just reading what the message says.
