So, we finally branched SearchBuilder 2.0. Except we're renaming it to
"Jifty::DBI", as it's but one part of a larger thing we're in the
process of putting together.     

The first thing I did was rename the classes. The "big" change is
DBIx::SearchBuilder is now Jifty::DBI::Collection. The rest is a
straight move over. Next up, we're lowercasing the whole API once and
for all.
