Yes, I do use the '--include-dual-lifed' option in all of my imports. Thanks for tracking down the cause of this issue.

I found where IO:File came from, it's from libnet package, I already made a pull request to it, hopefully the new version of libnet will fix this issue.

Out of curiosity, did you use the --include-dual-lifed option when importing Mail::Mailer?
