reason is, cygwin and the bash is my daily environment when I need to
use WinXP - means, when I'm in office. if svk works fine together with
cygwin when installed as native win32, then that'd be the way I'd go.

Since I really hate working in Win's DOS-box, it seemed naturaly to me
to look for a cygwinified version of SVK.
