That usecase is still going to be problematic if both remote 
repositories are r/w (i.e. you cannot script this completely due to 
conflict resolution).  Subversion 1.4.0 is out now, with enhanced 
support for replaying transactions, and CLKao is working on SVK::Mirror, 
which may make that case easier to handle.
