[svk-devel] [PATCH] TortoiseMerge parameter fix.

The parameters in TortoiseMerge.pm are not correct. This fix corrects that.

It doesn't fix other issues surrounding interactive merging, so
TortoiseMerge still doesn't work.. but it has more hope now.
